Position Summary:

The Business Manager assists the Director to provide leadership and support to the Outcomes, Performance and Risk Branch and its stakeholders, the Office of the Deputy Secretary. The role will also oversee the Branch's budget development, including operational financial and reporting functions, compliance reporting and support to the Director in branch planning development, reporting and monitoring.

Reporting to the Director, the position will utilise their exceptional organisational and communication skills to influence others and contribute to the fulfilment of Branch's goals. They will be proactive, organised, able to drive and lead implementation of initiatives and proactively identify and manage risks and issues that may impact on effective implementation of the program.
