Intercountry Adoption Victoria (IAV) is responsible for finding Victorian families for children from overseas who cannot be placed with a family in their country of origin. Social Workers within Intercountry Adoption Victoria facilitate the provision of services that provide a stable family life for children who, for various reasons, cannot live with their family.
