Position Summary:

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in delivering advanced casework that supports young children being adopted. This position includes assessment and training of families for adoption, placement of children, and supporting families throughout the adoption process. 

The Inter-country Adoption Service is responsible for finding Victorian families for children from overseas who cannot be placed with a family in their country of origin.  Case Managers within the Inter-country Adoption Services facilitate the provision of services that provide a stable family life for children.

This position offers the successful applicant the opportunity to substantially develop and extend their already highly developed skills and knowledge in a very complex area of work that is not only interesting and diverse but also hugely rewarding.
