Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Executive Assistant will manage appointments, briefings and documentation for the executive office.

They will work proactively to ensure that the Director of Communications is well supported in their role and has appropriate time to attend meetings, meet with stakeholder and review work and submissions for approval.

They will coordinate and manage Branch invoicing, coordinate Branch events, and monitor and coordinate responses to enquiries via the Branch email inbox.

They will oversee the on-boarding of new starters and undertake other priority coordination tasks and projects as directed.

As appropriate, they may also be required to provide support to other teams across the Branch, including providing administrative assistance on large-scale communications campaigns and other high priority projects, to contribute the effective management of work across the Branch and department.

An organised individual with excellent attention to detail?

Experienced in diary management and providing professional administrative assistance to a busy senior executive?

Able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities while effectively building relationships with stakeholders in a dynamic environment?
