Position Summary:

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way of providing support to people with a disability. Disability Client Services accepts requests for service from the National Disability Insurance agency (NDIA).

Advanced Case Managers operate with a high level of autonomy in the coordination of supports and services that reflect the goals outlined in the participants NDIS Plan.  Advanced Case Managers will possess the skills and flexibility to undertake case management, planning and support coordination using a person directed approach with people eligible for support under the Disability Act 2006 and the National Disability Scheme Act 2013.
