Position Summary:

West Division Performance, Analytics, Quality and Safeguarding unit is looking for a dynamic, high performing individual to join the Performance and Analytics Team . The position will require the successful candidate to develop and present Divisional Performance reporting and analysis to a range of audiences including;

  • West Divisional Executive Teams
  • Senior management
  • External stakeholders 

The role will require travel between West Divisional offices particularly Footscray,  Ballarat and Geelong.

Are you:

  • Highly Skilled in the use of MS Office applications, including:

–    MS Excel 2010, particularly in the development and use of pivot tables

–    Skilled in the use of PowerPoint 2010

–    Competent in the use of Qlikview applications

  • Skilled in preparing and presenting analyses that meet the needs of different stakeholders?
  • Knowledgeable about DHHS key performance indicators and confident with data analysis?
  • Keen to participate in a team that builds relationships with stakeholders and supports decision-making across a number of community-services programs?
