Position Summary:

A fixed term opportunity is available for 12 months in the role of Manager Workplace Relations within the People and Culture Unit. As Manager Workplace Relations you will manage a team of staff who are based in Ballarat, Footscray and Geelong, working directly with the divisional areas, regions and branches.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate extensive experience in employee relations and industrial relations as well as experience across a broad range of human resource functions, preferably in a large and complex organisation.

In addition, you will hold excellent leadership and relationship-building skills where you can provide forward thinking and proactive authoritative strategic human resource advice in line with the Department's strategic direction.
