Position Summary:

The Housing Advice and Assistance Team (HAAT) – is a key interface with people seeking housing advice and assistance to clients within Western Melbourne area.  This team is also responsible for the processing of housing and bond loan applications for clients who reside in the Catchment.

The Team Leader HAAT provides leadership and support to the Housing Advice and Assistance Team to achieve best outcomes for our clients through oversight of work tasks related to waiting list management and promotes a client centred approach to achieve positive client results.

The Team Leader HAAT has the responsibility of making sound decisions with the assessment of housing and bond loan applications.
