Position Summary:


This role provides oversight of quality and compliance monitoring for the West Division. The role is to implement and manage quality improvement and risks management systems to improve the client experience and implementation of new service system improvements.

In particular, the role will support the West Division in managing and improving safeguards and services for Victorians with a Disability. The position will work alongside the West Privacy and Feedback teams in managing and co-ordinating responses to issues raised by the Disability Services Commissioner to improve safeguards and services for Victorians with a disability.

Are you:

  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach both internally and to a range of external bodies? 
  • An analytical and systems thinker who can drive, oversee, monitor and deliver the portfolio work/projects in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines?
  • Able to problem solve and self-manage?
