Position Summary:


The Senior Learning and Organisational Development Consultant is one of three consultants who are focused on building the capabilities of employees across the division.  The role is responsible for the coordination and implementation of a range of learning and development activities that are designed to broaden knowledge, skills and capability that staff require to deliver services to the department's clients.

Are you:

  • Confident and capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and external consultants?
  • Creative, collaborative, flexible and outcomes focused?
  • Preferably someone that has experience working in Learning and Organisational Development or a Human Resource field who is committed to building capability of staff and the organisation?
