Office Location: State Government Offices, Cnr Mair and Doveton Street Ballarat.

Position Summary:

Team Leader, Tenancy and Property provides leadership and management to a team of staff responsible for planning and managing the delivery of tenancy and property services with a priority on sustaining tenancies, incorporating early intervention strategies, such as regular and earlier home visiting and supporting tenancies identified as being at risk. The Team Leader is responsible for meeting organisational objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, specified budgetary outcomes, stakeholder expectations and client needs.

Are you

  • Able to lead and manage the tenancy and property team in providing support to tenants and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • An experienced people leader with well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Actively committed to supporting staff to develop and drive continuous improvement in how services are delivered to vulnerable people.
