Position Summary:

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way of providing support to people with a disability. Disability Client Services accepts requests for service from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

Advanced Case Managers operate with a high level of autonomy in the coordination of supports and services that reflect the goals outlined in the participants NDIS Plan. Advanced Case Managers also have specialist knowledge in the delivery of supports and services to young people with disabilities, who may have involvement with Child Protection, to enhance their wellbeing, to increase their skills and to promote their participation in the community.
