Position Summary:

Located in Footscray, the Senior Adviser is a dynamic business partner dedicated to Child Protection who will provide strategic advice and support around workforce planning, develop regular high level workforce metrics and coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives in the attraction and retention space. This position plays a strong role in ensuring the team meets key performance targets, and continuously improves service delivery through an action oriented approach.

Do you

  • Have extensive demonstrated experience across a broad range of human resource functions, preferably in a large and complex organisation?
  • Have a track record in providing high quality, authoritative human resource advice, including pragmatic attraction and retention expertise to senior managers?
  • Have experience working in a fast paced environment delivering solution focussed results?
