A fixed term opportunity is available until 12 January 2018 in the role of Manager Workforce Services within the People and Culture Unit. As Manager Workforce Services you will manage team members who are based in Ballarat, Footscray and Geelong, working directly with the divisional areas and branches.
In this role you will be required to ensure the integrity of the West Division’s organisational workforce data and provide expert, high level advice, consultancy and reporting on associated recruitment, retention and workforce planning issues and strategies.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate extensive experience across a broad range of human resource functions, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
In addition, you will hold excellent leadership and relationship-building skills where you can provide forward thinking and proactive authoritative strategic human resource advice in line with the Departments strategic direction.
