We are seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic recruitment services team within People and Workplace Services as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

About us

The Talent Acquisition team provide expert strategic and pragmatic recruitment advice to a range of senior stakeholders across our operations and front-line business.  It comprises senior talent consultants who provide end to end recruitment services for senior positions within the department.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will work hand in hand with stakeholders to understand their business and what is required for current and future success. It is expected that you will hold current and detailed knowledge of the labour market, latest employment trends and demonstrate a breadth of Human Resource capability. You will be able to demonstrate capability in the design, implementation and training of best practice recruitment coupled with strong stakeholder engagement experience.

All Talent Acquisition Consultants will support the business in end to end recruitment delivery with workloads spread evenly across the team.

About you

Our ideal team member will possess a strong work history in recruitment delivery and talent acquisition, ideally with some exposure to an in-house environment. Most importantly we are looking for innovation around service delivery, the ability to engage and influence at all levels whilst working collaboratively, flexibly and consultatively across the broader recruitment and people services teams.
