About us

Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) is the Victorian Government's consumer affairs regulator and a business unit of the Department of Justice and Community Safety.

The Corporate Support Branch plays a key role in supporting CAV to meet its strategic objectives through the provision of a range of functions. The Systems Support Unit within the Corporate Support Branch supports CAV's core business applications and websites.

About the role

As the CRM Functional Analyst, you will:

  • configure and maintain the core business applications built in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • be responsible for the management and support of mission critical solutions and closely integrated 3rd party products
  • work with multiple stakeholders to deliver CRM configuration, document templates, workflows, reports and system administration tasks
  • analyse user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
  • provide assessment of impact of enhancement requests as well as produce and maintain details of solution configurations.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • a Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (preferred)
  • demonstrated ability to deliver and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • experience working with multiple stakeholders to define CRM based solutions to requirements
  • demonstrated experience migrating and supporting legacy systems as part of a large ICT transformation program of work
  • experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
