An exciting opportunity exists for an Employment Marketing Officer on a fixed basis until the end of June 2020 in Recruitment Services, People and Culture.

About us

The Employment Marketing team is a specialised function within Recruitment Services and is part of People and Culture at the Department of Justice and Community Safety. We manage the employer brand of the department and drive interest and applications to critical frontline roles across the state. We are a strategic partner to recruiters within the team and stakeholders across the department and use data to deliver results.

About the role

The Employment Marketing Officer ensures that the department has a robust and data driven attraction and employment marketing strategies to fill vacancies. The Employment Marketing Officer is responsible for the collection and reporting on metrics to ensure that key trends are identified accurately.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to deliver data-driven and comprehensive employment marketing strategies.
  • Continuously design, create and update website content information to ensure a high impact candidate experience.
  • Track and report on allocated advertising, sourcing and general employment marketing budgets to ensure favourable return on investment.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will be required to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Provide analysis and suggest improvements to support decision-making
  • Prepare and present presentations on complex issues for a range of audiences
  • Collect and monitor data to inform future strategies
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills would be highly desirable
