Position Details

- Ongoing, full-time role earning $116,413 - $140,849 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As senior adviser, organisational design and development, you will lead projects that improve how the department plans, works and delivers services.
You will provide high-quality advice, products and support that help senior leaders make informed decisions.
You will:
- lead complex organisational design, workforce planning and change projects
- deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose products for senior executives
- facilitate workshops and meetings that support planning and decision-making
- identify key risks, solve problems and recommend practical solutions
- work collaboratively across the team, mentor colleagues and contribute to government communities of practice.
About you
A tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Experience in data analysis, business process planning or human resources is also highly desirable. You should have experience delivering complex projects independently and a good understanding of how government works.
You should also have:
- strong project delivery and planning skills
- excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- the ability to build productive working relationships and work across teams
- a sound understanding of government processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
