About the role

Working for the Chief Executive Officer, CSV, as the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • provide a comprehensive range of confidential, high quality executive and administrative support to the Office of the CEO
  • prepare general correspondence on complex and sensitive matters
  • coordinate all internal administrative and office management matters
  • provide leadership and guidance to other executive and administration assistants within CSV

About you

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • have demonstrated experience and record of achievement in providing high-level confidential support to an executive officer, director or senior manager
  • have demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters
  • experience in planning and overseeing office and information management systems
  • have well developed communication, planning and organising skills
  • demonstrate commitment to delivering high quality services.
