Court Services Victoria is a public entity that provides expert administrative support to Victoria's courts and tribunals. This role operates within the People and Culture division of Jurisdiction Services in CSV. 

The position of Senior HR Projects and Policy Adviser works within a high performing team to provide HR project and policy support to Victoria's courts and tribunals. This role requires the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders across CSV through delivery of credible and contemporary HR practice. The role should anticipate the impact of organisational change and policy implementation from a HRM perspective to support and facilitate effective organisational development.  

We are looking for a high performing team player with excellent engagement and influencing skills that complement extensive experience in HR projects and policy.
