About the Role

The Talent and Programs Advisor will work closely with the Senior Employment Programs Consultant by providing high level support across employment programs and redeployment. 

This role will lead the program and case management of the Youth Employment Scheme, Cadetship and Intern Programs, including trainee and vendor management.

About You

Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

  • proven experience leading entry level employment programs such as YES Trainee, Cadetship and Intern programs or similar experience
  • experience managing a diverse and geographically spread stakeholder group
  • a proactive attitude
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • a drive to deliver service excellence
