About us

The Fines, Registration and Crime Prevention group enhances community safety and wellbeing through public policy, governance and legislative advice and reform, provision of registry and adoption services, and worker screening services, community crime prevention advice and programs, efforts to counter violent extremism and management of the end-to-end infringements system and enforcement activities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Services, this role is responsible for providing quality day to day services, advice and support across the full range of business support functions including finance, human resources and administrative services.

About you

As our ideal candidate you will posses:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of government financial policies and guidelines including procurement
  • Proven experience in a broad range of Finance and administrative functions, including the maintenance of administrative systems and procedures
  • Demonstrated knowlede of computerised systems and experience in the use of database systems and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to regulate and manage your behaviours, emotions and actions in a conscious and productive way.
