This role is available with Jurisdiction Services, which provides administrative and corporate services expertise to Victoria’s courts and tribunals. Position Details

The Koori Employment Project Officer will provide instrumental support to KPI across a range of projects. The role will assist the Manager in the provision of Koori Human Resource Advice, along with implementation of the Koori Employment Policy aimed to improve the employment of Koori Staff, to attract, retain and grow the Koori workforce by providing a culturally safe workplace along with overseeing a Koori Staff Network.  

This role will be instrumental in providing support to the implementation of the Koori Human Resource Manual for Elders and Respected Persons of the Koori Courts and overseeing the Koori Cultural Awareness Program. 

The successful candidate will be required to work across all Jurisdictions of the Courts in supporting the implementation of the Koori Employment Policy along with supporting Koori staff in each of the jurisdictions.
