The Justice Officer Team Leader role requires the supervison and support of up to 8 staff across 3 locations. The Team Leader will be required to work at Box Hill, Ringwood and Lilydale locations, as needed.
About the Role
The Justice Officer Team Leader leads a team of Justice Officers at the Justice Service Centres, and is responsible for the efficient delivery of administration, operational support and reception services in a team environment. The Justice Officer team provides operational and administrative support and client services to underpin the effective and efficient delivery of Justice Operations and community engagement services delivered from the Justice Service Centres.
About you
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Well-developed computer literacy.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary service delivery team would be advantageous.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A current Victorian driver's licence is desirable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).
