Position Details

  • Utilise your Administrative expertise to provide support and advice to the Civil and Enforcement Services business unit
  • A Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service until 10th December 2025
  • VPS Grade 4: $95,102 - $107,905 plus superannuation.

About the Business Unit:

Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. CES is responsible for managing the end-to- end infringement system in Victoria.

About the Role:

As the Technical Review Officer, you will:

  • Support and assist in the day-to-day supervision of the team
  • Process complex applications and deal with complex issues as they arise
  • Provide technical support and advice to review officers.

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • Competent use of Microsoft Office and relevant IT systems and applications
  • High level of technical knowledge and understanding of the rules, regulations, practices and procedures based on knowledge of the Fines Reform Act 2014 or practical experience in the application of other or similar legislation
  • Understanding of the infringements lifecycle or demonstrated ability to acquire understanding is desirable.
