Department policy stipulates that salary upon commencement is paid at the base of the salary range for the relevant grade. Position Details

About us

The Finance, Infrastructure and Governance division oversees the key public accountability requirements of the department including finance, procurement, performance reporting, and risk, audit and integrity. It also manages the governance of the portfolio's major infrastructure and information and communications technology projects.

About the role

As the Senior Corporate Analyst (Performance Analysis), you will:

  • manage complex review and analysis processes to enhance the department's ability to report independent, factual and accurate information, and to deliver on its performance targets
  • effectively manage and influence a broad range of senior stakeholders including government, ministerial offices and senior levels of management, business units, and other government agencies towards agreed solutions to complex issues
  • co-ordinate the department's performance reporting requirements including Public Accounts and Estimates Committee (PAEC) processes, Department of Justice and Regulation Annual Report, Report on Government Services internal briefing process, Election Commitment and Reporting on Outcomes processes, and other ad hoc reporting requests.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in data monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • demonstrated experience or ability to prepare briefings and submissions to government and senior executives
  • demonstrated high level experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, written and verbal skills.
