An exciting opportunity exists for an Organisational Change Manager on an ongoing, full-time basis in Corrections Application Technology Services (CATS) based in Carlton.

Corrections Application Technology Services is a business unit within Corrections Victoria (CV) that is responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting business applications and technology that is essential to the day-to-day operations of CV. CATS is responsible for the development and delivery of high quality Information Communication & Technology (ICT) support, services, advice and project management to enable the successful implementation and running of CV’s business objectives.

The Organisational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The Organisational Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, return on investment and the achievement of results and outcomes.

As our ideal candidate, you will be required to demonstrate:

  • lead organisational change management for ICT projects, including development and implementation of organisational change management strategies
  • an understanding of the drivers of organisational priorities and service delivery within a complex ICT environment
  • the ability to build and maintain trusting and credible relationships with stakeholders.
