About Us

Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established on 1 July 2014 as an independent statutory body corporate to provide corporate and administrative services that support judicial independence in the administration of justice in Victoria. CSV provides support services to the Supreme Court; the County Court; the Magistrates' Court; the Children's Court; and the Coroners Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.

Jurisdiction Services (JS) is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides support to the courts and jurisdictions in a range of corporate functions including human resources; Koori programs and initiatives; finance; facilities; assets and contract management; security; risk, audit and compliance; project management; business intelligence; communications; business review and improvement; technology; and transcription services.

About the Role

The Recruitment Adviser is an integral member of the Projects, Policy and Recruitment team and is responsible for providing high quality recruitment advice and support to hiring managers, prospective and active job applicants, redeployees, and key jurisdiction-based stakeholders on a wide range of recruitment-related matters.

The role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong partnering relationships through delivery of contemporary recruitment practices. High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence is essential.

About You

  • We are seeking someone with experience in providing confidential, high quality administrative support, customer service and recruitment advice within a large, complex government organisation.
  • You will require experience in utilising recruitment systems, preferably including Springboard, and applying appropriate recruitment-related legislation, policies and processes.
