About us

The Morwell Justice Service Centre provides a range of justice services to the Gippsland region. These services include Community Correctional Services; Sheriff's Operations; Consumer Affairs; Births, Deaths and Marriages; and front of house enquiries.

About the role

As an Administration Officer (Justice Officer), you will undertake a variety of administrative and client service duties, such as:

  • human resource and financial support
  • general operational administrative support
  • reception
  • provision of information to clients
  • processing payments
  • basic registrations
  • general customer service, both face-to-face and via telephone.

This casual position is based at Morwell, but travel to other locations at times may be required.

About you

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • well-developed computer literacy
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • a strong customer and client focus.
