About the Opportunity
The Manager, Finance Systems Support Services is responsible for the delivery of support services for users of operational financial management services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and application support.
The role ensures these support services are user-focussed and delivers innovation in regards to business process design and finance service delivery. You will provide leadership and direction to the Finance User Support Services team in delivering help desk support for all operational financial services and Level 2 and 3 support for the Department's Oracle applications and maintenance of relevant interfaces including the Contract Management System.
You will provide a high degree of customer focus and business process innovation in relation to the provision of Finance User Support Services using service reporting to manage support services.

- Specialist Expertise: A demonstrated track record in supporting financial applications, maintaining interfaces and driving business process efficiencies.
- Conceptual and analytical ability: Deals with concepts and complexity comfortably; Uses analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems.
Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality, Excel and experience in the use of technologies including Microsoft Outlook, share point, one drive is highly desirable.
