About Us
The Investment and Technology Group delivers strategic oversight and management of DoT's operating and infrastructure budget and provides commercial and information technology services to drive high performance and improved commercial outcomes for the State.

About the Role
The Manager, Service Delivery will manage the delivery of an integrated ITIL functionality ensuring high level customer satisfaction and consistent issue resolution. The role will also undertake a key role in the delivery of a process improvement agenda, working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities to streamline business systems and associated IT services across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the review, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing ITIL processes for DoT.
  • Ensure ITIL processes are fit for purpose based on DoT's requirements.
  • Drive the uptake of ITIL processes across DOT business units.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Ability to actively engage with and influence key stakeholders and identify their underlying needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply specialist problem-solving skills to manage and resolve major incidents / problems / changes in a large enterprise ITIL environment.
  • Knowledge of current technology in use across Cloud infrastructure, ITSM tools, End User & Telecommunication Services.

• ITIL certification (v3 or v4)
• Relevant experience in a similar / Operations Manager role
• Ability to be on-call 24 x 7 (1 week out of every 3 weeks) to manage major incidents to their resolution
