About the Role

The role of the Unifier Administrator is responsible for provide support to Oracle Primavera Unifier application at DoT. You will be a key support resource for Oracle Primavera Unifier application. The role will support the users and business areas to manage user access, resolve queries and incidents, support the continuous improvement / changes and enhancement of the application through better use of functionality, lead analysis and testing of changes initiated by business requirements or Oracle patching.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide service delivery User application support for Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Suggest and help in improving existing business processes, reporting and data management for Unifier system processes and system enhancements.
  • Day to day operational support for system outages, releases, user requests and incidents.


Key Selection Criteria

  • Programming experience with Java, Javascript, REST API, XML, JSoN
  • Knowledge of relational databases and writing queries to extract and update records
  • Expertise in contract management / procurement workflow systems.
  • Experience and knowledge in maintaining user access, data roles and assignment for contract management applications.
  • Experience in integration and workflow tools.
  • Excellent documentation skills and expertise in developing and maintain technical documents.
  • Knowledge of contract management and procurement systems.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, Service Now, Resolve, etc
  • Expertise in developing reports for management and end users.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Integration processes and methodology for finance related data.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 tools and Visio.
