About Us

Enterprise Technology (ET) is a branch of the Investment and Technology division which defines investment strategy and deliver commercial and information technology services to drive high performance and improved commercial outcomes within the department. The Trusted and Secure Program aims to enhance DOT's cyber security posture to meet modern security threats and challenges, and to ensure compliance with departmental Audit and regulatory requirements.

 

About the Role

The Cyber Change Lead is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Trusted and Secure program and will work closely with the ICT Program Manager and the Trusted and Secure program delivery team. The Cyber Change Lead will focus on the people and process side of change. The role's primary responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.



Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the Trusted and Secure Program as directed by the ICT Program Manager by applying superior change management knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Apply specialist change management knowledge to produce change management artefacts including Change Impact Analysis, Change Approach/Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Communications Plan, Training Needs Analysis and Business Readiness plans.

  • Articulate changes required, support individuals to successfully adopt change and achieve organisational goals.
  • Consider the needs of the stakeholders, organisation, national and global developments to articulate actions that addresses immediate and future needs of the community.
