Project Schedule and Reporting Lead 

About the Opportunity

The Project Schedule and reporting Lead is responsible for the maintenance of the master schedule for each project. Working as part of the Solution Design and Delivery team, this role is responsible for overall project scheduling and tracking, working closely with the project managers to ensure continual work across all projects, and the effective use of resources to meet agreed milestones.


About You

The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Advanced knowledge of ICT industry standards and demonstrated skills in developing and maintaining a management reporting suite within individual projects and across the portfolio
  • Highly Proven problem-solving capabilities to manage dependencies, risks and issues across multiple complex programs.
  • Demonstrated high experience identifying opportunities to improve the overall management of project controls within an operating environment in line with industry frameworks, methodologies and processes
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in maintaining effective and influential relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure project controls and related expectations are aligned and managed effectively throughout the full project lifecycle.
