  • Annual Salary Range: VPS4 $90,067 - $102,192 plus superannuation
  • Employment Type: Fixed Term, Full Time – [31st Dec 2022]

About the Opportunity

The HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and developing value added reports by identifying needs and addressing specific requests of the business. This role will provide a quality service to key stakeholders by collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR and safety data. The key focus of this role is providing timely and accurate information.

About You

The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong analytical skills that can be applied in the context of human resources and or safety;
  • Comprehensive understanding of data management and reporting;
  • Experience with complex data sets and multiple systems;
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of teams and individuals across the organisation;
  • Apply innovative problem-solving skills to effectively source information and input data for analysis that leads to accurate and timely resolutions
