About the Opportunity

The Senior Digital Product Owner Web & App will be the conduit between technology and the business and represent the voice of the customer. The role will need to balance the immediate needs of the business with a long-term view, ensuring customers' needs are both understood and met.
The Senior Digital Product Owner will be responsible for leading the roadmap development and end-to-end management of DoT's customer websites and mobile apps. Working closely with other Product Owners, they will drive continuous improvements to our digital channels enduring a consistent and streamlined experience for our customers across all digital touchpoints.

About You

  • Expert understanding of digital customer experience, best practice usability, digital content, device and interface conventions, and web standards including accessibility.
  • Demonstrated experience driving product strategy, product roadmaps and backlogs to successfully deliver customer service and self-service improvements through digital solutions.
  • Experience in user testing, market and customer research, and customer journey development to identify, prioritise and deliver features and enhancements that continually improve customer outcomes, search performance, quality and usability of digital content.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to display good judgement, creativity and innovation in a fast-paced environment to deliver best-in-class digital customer experiences.
  • Skilled analytical thinker who can gather data, break problems down into parts and propose solutions with a proven track record of delivering on time and on budget.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, managing conflicting priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
