- Annual Salary Range: $103,920 - $125,735 plus superannuation
- Employment Type: Full Time ongoing
- Usual Work Location: Ringwood (flexibility may be available)

Transport Services is responsible for delivering safe, reliable and accessible transport infrastructure and services to all Victorians.
About the Opportunity
The Team Leader Commercial works towards building consistent management of assets across all asset classes, through commercial performance and contract management outcomes ensuring project proposals consider all stakeholders requirements.
This position provides leadership skills to lead, manage, motivate and develop staff promoting a culture of working collaboratively ongoing learning and development. Lead the interactions between the MRAMS contractors and DoT's Assets Team.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Stakeholder Management and Relationship building (Accomplished) - Apply well developed communication skills to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders to increase knowledge and understanding.

- Project and Asset Management (Applied) - Well-developed project and contract management skills ensuring high quality, timely and cost-efficient delivery of services.
- Outcomes Thinking (Leading) – Is up to date with needs of community and formulates strategies that are aligned to community needs; Removes barriers that prevents achievement of outcomes for the community.
