Position Details
About the Role:
Join our team as we implement Phase 2 of the Dynamics 365 Permit Portal project! The MVP launched in October 2022 and we are now looking for Developers who will enhance the portal by investigating and implementing major changes based on business prioritisation and user feedback, proactively seeking areas for improvement and communicating with stakeholders to enhance the product.
We are looking for Senior Developers who have end to end knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform within the Microsoft cloud services performing and providing hands-on technical expertise and delivery capability for the enhancement of the Permits portal and application. The role includes working within a large project team and key business and technology stakeholders ensuring the delivery of business priorities and requirements.

Your commitment to innovation and continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role. Critical thinking and problem solving are essential. The role involves:
- Dynamics 365 Permits Portal and Application development – Collaborate with the project developers, testers, integrators, and product owner to deliver large and complex enhancements
- Continual Delivery – Effectively work with changing priorities and challenging requirements to ensure continual development and best value
- Internal Stakeholder Management – Builds strong and collaborative partnerships with the project team and product managers/owners to plan, prioritise and allocate development tasks to effectively support delivery of the development and maintenance pipelines; ensuring corporate frameworks (ITIL; Agile; Scrum) are followed
- Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations – Provides leadership and coaching to other members of the team in D365
Mandatory Qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated experience working on CRM and Digital projects
- Dynamics 365 & PowerApp Portals. Proficient in:
- Custom plugins, workflows and actions, customising the D365 forms and apps.
- Building Microsoft Flows/Power Automation, .NET C# and good understanding of object-oriented programming
- XrmToolbox for Dynamics 365 and Portals along with writing Liquid template scripts (Liquid is a client-side scripting language)
- Typescript/JavaScript languages to customise the user interface of Dynamics Portals
- Azure DevOps – Working knowledge of Build and Release pipelines and knowledge of DevOps tools.
