- 12 month Fixed Term, Part time position
- PoV Grade 2.1, $56,834 - $64,911 (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation
The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2025 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 2.1 will be $60,295 - $68,864 (pro rata).
About the role
The Learning and Capability Administrator supports the efficient delivery of learning activities, ensuring quality administration of training logistics, system updates, and compliance tracking. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining learning portal records, cancellations, and logistics for workshops, including catering and room setups
- Responding to Learning & Capability (L&C) queries, collecting feedback, and tracking mandatory compliance programs and onboarding
- Assisting with L&C initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and managing administrative tasks like scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
About you
You are detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, able to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and meet competing priorities. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you effectively engage with a wide range of individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications, with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Available for on-site attendance during in-person training activities, with flexibility in weekdays and times.
Please note that this is a fixed-term, part-time role offering up to 30 hours per week, with flexibility based on the availability of the successful candidate.
