    Assistant Director, Skills and Performance

The Office of Projects Victoria (OPV) is an independent Administrative Office in the Department of Treasury and Finance. OPV has been established to improve government infrastructure project development and implementation. Working closely with an expert Advisory Board, OPV is responsible for providing advice on asset investment decisions and project delivery arrangements, monitoring the delivery of all major projects and managing interventions where required, and building capability and skills in project development and delivery across government.

Reporting into the CEO, the Assistant Director, Skills and Performance will develop and lead a whole of government infrastructure workforce capacity and capability program. This includes working with other delivery agencies to ensure there are the necessary skills in the public sector in the medium and long term to deliver on the record infrastructure investment program and helping to establish OPV as a centre of excellence and knowledge hub for major project delivery skills.
