Position Details

DTF Corporate Finance Group is looking to fill three fixed term (2 years) roles, Manager Financial Systems and two Financial System Administrator roles (including a Planning and Budgeting System administrator).


The Corporate Finance Group provides financial services including statutory and external reporting, management reporting, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable and electronic procurement support.


In these roles you will:


• Understand the business requirements, and ensure that the accompanying Oracle processes are configured appropriately;

• Architect, provision, implement, optimize, troubleshoot and support solutions involving Oracle's cloud technologies;

• Support implementation, migration and integration to other SaaS services;

• Troubleshoot issues and work with Oracle towards resolution;

• Educate and prepare users for new functionality and features;

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partner like Oracle;

• Lead training sessions for Oracle Enterprise Applications;

• Prepare appropriate documentation as needed;

• Provide expert financial systems advice and support across functional, technical and business aspects to management, team members, developers and users;

• Provide the expertise to develop and create reports to be generated from the ERP system;

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship management skills demonstrated at a senior level; and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
