Position Details

The Shared Service Provider (SSP) delivers a range of strategic and operational services to Victorian Government departments and agencies in the areas of office accommodation, library and car pool services.

About the Role:

This is a team leader role that oversees the contracted facilities management out sourced service provider Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) to ensure it is meeting its contracted KPIs, quality standards etc.  The Facilities Management Business Team Leader role ensures that the provision of facility services meets government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.  The role also identifies and provides recommendations in relation to trends, risks and improvement strategies in the area of facilities management. 

To be Successful in the Role:

Candidates are required to demonstrate key selection criteria including the following:

  1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Experience getting/using data from third party platforms/portals.
  3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced change environment, including demonstration of a team oriented, flexible, and pro-active approach to customer service.
