The Shared Service Provider (SSP) delivers a range of strategic and operational services to Victorian Government departments and agencies in the areas of office accommodation, library and car pool services.

About the Role:

The Senior Relationship Manager role reports to the Team Leader Relationship Management.  The role will serve as a primary interface for senior client contacts and focus on developing a deep understanding of current and emerging business needs of clients through regular occurring client meetings.  The senior relationship manager will be responsible for identifying recurring themes and opportunities for improvements, in addition to acting as an escalation point.

To be Successful in the Role:

Candidates are required to demonstrate key selection criteria including the following:

  1. Previous experience working as a high performing client relationship manager with a track record of effectively managing client relationships among stakeholders in a complex service delivery environment.
  2. Exceptional judgement and ability to understand the authorising and broader operating environment to influence relevant key stakeholders to deliver on organisational strategies, priorities, goals and values.
  3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced change environment, including demonstration of a team oriented, flexible, and pro-active approach to customer service.
