Any above base requests require sign off by an executive delegate and will be by exception only or where required to match the current salary of Victorian Public Service staff transferring at level.

About Us

The Recruitment Services branch within People and Culture provides expert advice and support to the Department of Justice and Regulation on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices. Working within the department's strategic objective of “building a high performing justice system”, Recruitment Services delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions.

About the Role

As the Employment Marketing Officer, you will ensure that the department has a robust and data driven attraction and engagement strategy to fill vacancies. You will work with the Employment Marketing Adviser to administer the employment marketing strategies and gather robust data on key metrics to ensure the strategies are data driven and provide the best return on investment.

You will also be responsible for: database administration and candidate tracking; booking of all advertising; and coordination of information sessions and community engagement events.

This fantastic fixed-term role is until 30 June 2018.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • excellent problem solving skills, along with a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and stakeholders in order to achieve team objectives.
