Coordinator Planning & Projects

EMV has a unique opportunity for an experienced project and planning professional to take a lead role in supporting EMV's strategic and business planning process.

The Coordinator Planning & Projects will provide high quality coordination and administration of EMV's strategic and business planning and reporting cycle.  In addition, they will assist with the coordination, implementation and promotion of a tailored Project Management Excellence framework within EMV.

The successful candidate will draw on their experience in supporting strategic and business planning and project management processes. This experience will have been gained in a dynamic environment where changing priorities are the norm.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Collect, maintain and analyse project and other business activity performance data, to assess and report on EMV's performance against agreed project deliverables and annual work plan / directorate business plan activities
  • Develop, prepare and analyse the core data and inputs into the EMV business planning process, to support the meeting the required timeframes for the strategic priorities and annual work plan
  • Develop, implement and promote a framework for monitoring and reporting on the delivery of project/program outcomes against business case objectives
  • Develop and manage an appropriately structured learning & education program to strengthen EMV's planning and project management capabilities and effectiveness

 To be successful you have:

  • Strong experience in supporting strategic and business planning processes in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in project management administration
  • Capability to work with, and influence across functional teams.
  • Appropriate qualifications in Business, Project Management or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
