Program Manager Regulatory Policies

About the Role:

  • Exciting opportunity to be an integral part of shaping the future direction of EPA's regulatory practice at Victoria's leading environmental regulator.
  • Lead and manage the development of key regulatory policies to reposition the business under EPA's new legislative framework.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder liaison and collaboration to harness commitment and a partnership approach to achieve transformation outcomes.


To be Successful in this Role:

  • Proven experience in leading the development and delivery of programs and/or projects that that drive change in a regulatory environment.
  • Experience in delivering integrated outcomes, while navigating through ambiguity and competing demands for organisational expertise.
  • Innovative and systems-based thinking to identify and design effective solutions, ensuring that key dependencies and relationships are recognised.
  • Experience in coordination across multidisciplinary issues and regulatory requirements, preferably in a government setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects within tight timelines, budget and to a high standard.
