Position Details

Senior Procurement Contracts Advisor

EPA is looking for an expert in procurement and contracting and someone who will:

  • Make a positive difference, being part of a busy team which is focused on fostering and embedding a culture of high performance, and driving continuous improvement
  • Provide expert and practical advice to EPA staff regarding all aspects and stages of procurement and contract management.
  • Deliver, manage and monitor simple and complex procurements from planning through to contract execution in accordance with EPA Policy and Procedures.
  • Support management of compliance and risk by identifying contract and procurement issues and risks, and undertaking audits
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders with a focus on customer service and responsiveness.

To be Successful in this Role:

  • You will have demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management.
  • You will use your well developed interpersonal, communication and writing skills to build strong working relationships to effectively engage across the organisation.
  • You will be focused on enabling the business, providing support and expert advice, and contributing to quality organisational outcomes.
