Position details

The People and Culture Administration Officer is responsible for providing HR administrative support to the entire People and Culture team and is the first point of call for prospective candidates and new starters. The role is responsible for the following functions:

  • Coordinate the recruitment function including advertisement of job vacancies, scheduling interviews and coordinating the onboarding and induction of new staff across the commission
  • Provide accurate and timely advice to both internal and external stakeholders on a range of people and culture queries
  • Administer people and culture related documentation and correspondence including employment contracts, correspondence and other people and culture related documentation
  • Support the delivery of our people strategy
