We are in a very exciting period for the Victorian Energy Upgrades program, and we need somebody energetic, organised and with good engagement and communication skills to:

  • lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy in a context of regulatory reform
  • be the engagement and communications SME for all aspect relating to the VEU program.

Position details

The Engagement Lead - VEU is responsible for supporting the Head of Strategic Communications and the Executive Director, VEU to lead the delivery of stakeholder engagement and communications related to operational improvements and regulatory reform work. The role will contribute to improve the administration and regulation of the Victorian Energy Upgrade program, the largest energy efficiency program in Australia. This Victorian Government program is designed to make energy efficiency improvements more affordable and to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and possess strong project, strategic, written communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Prior experience working in stakeholder engagement, regulatory areas or reforms is desirable.
