Job summary
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for IT initiatives.
- Support the delivery of technology projects through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to the development of project documentation, including business process maps, technical requirements, and user stories.
Position details:
The position is responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Supporting the project and BAU teams in the development of new initiatives, enhancements to existing platforms, and integration with external systems.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
